How the clock works
The clock starts when we arrive and stops when the last box is in the room you wanted it. One hour of travel time is added to every local move — that’s the drive to you and back, and it’s one hour whether you’re in Hollywood or Homestead. We bill in 15-minute increments after the 3-hour minimum. We don’t round up to the hour.
What’s covered if something breaks
Florida law sets the standard coverage at $0.60 per pound per article, and that’s included free on every move. It’s not much: a 40-pound TV is covered for $24. We’ll walk you through full value protection before we load, and we’ll ask you to pick one in writing.
